It snowed last night. I was looking out of my window at the street this morning and I could see all the houses and trees covered in that thin layer of pure white, so beautiful. I decided to brave the weather and stomp my way through to the Hunt library on campus. All the way here I was grinning broadly to myself wishing I could run around like a crazy person on the perfect layers of snow that has covered pretty everything I can see. Maybe even scream a little like a maniac.
All the while, I was thinking, SO PRETTY, I’M GOING TO MARRY SNOW and then I realized that I have serious misconceptions about marriage.
Things, people, characters I have wish I could marry:
- The character of Sherlock. For all of you who have had the misfortune of reading my tweets about my undying wish to marry Sherlock you will probably understand my obsession for the character- good looking (that’s the actor+ make upĀ coming through), smart and witty (awesome script writers). So the combination of the two, I LOVE and want to cuddle.
- The dynamics of a team. For one of my group projects I was randomly paired up with two other students in the class. I didn’t know what to expect but it turned out we got along pretty well. We didn’t get drinks and slap each other on the backs but we worked together very well so I instantly fell in love with the team. Love leads to marriage.
- City of Palisades. How can you not love a place that has both hiking trails and the beach minutes from each other? I will say no more.
- Cinnamon. I love cinnamon. I know that Indian tea has more than just cinnamon but I drink “chai” here because it has an adorable amount of cinnamon. I sat and licked my cup of chai today to make sure I got all the spice. Yum yum.
- SNOW.
On a side note, I am not THAT weird. I also want to marry Ryan Gosling, Ryan Renolds, James Franco. Not all of them obviously but if I do get the chance to con one of them, I might pass off 2-4 on my list for them. Not 1 because Sherlock has a British accent. LOVE.
